4. To Command on Reading Skills :- You have to pick up a book of any class in your supple hands and read it. If you are not able, pick up the book of posterior class. Again if you are not able, just continue the same said already. Now you find the proper book that is readable. Now start reading continuously with writing the word-meanings that you don't know by using real or digital dictionary. Within 2 or 3 days you will find yourself boosting up and curious. In this way, you will be able to read newspapers after 2 or 3 months, if you are regular in your work. It depends on your reading and understanding pace of mind.

5. To Command on Speaking Skill :- For this, There are so many structural sentences, I have. Without structural sentences, one can't communicate with another. There is also a technic to improve communication skill. That is Translation. You make various translation books with daily practice schedule. You will be dangerous to anyone,really. I also do so.

- I am to + (Base form of the verb) :- मै कुछ करने वाला हूँ.
As:- I am to drink milk :- मैं दूध पीने वाला हूँ.
- I have to + (Base form of the verb) :- मुझे कुछ करना है.
As:- I have to go to school :- मुझे स्कूल जाना है.
- I am having to + (Base form of the verb) :- मुझे कुछ करना पड़ रहा है.
As:- I am having to sell vegetables :- मुझे सब्जियां बेचनी पड़ रही है.
